Pink Martini’s first new music since 2020’s hit “The Lemonade Song,” Bella ciao is the exciting new EP from your favorite little orchestra. This release features four new studio recordings of quintessential songs from the band’s current touring set.
In addition to the title track, this EP includes “Pourquoi tu vis,” sung by long-time Pink Martini lead vocalist China Forbes, a catchy French version of the funky 1970s Spanish classic “Porque te vas.” Forbes also provides vocals on an epic update to band’s original song “Aspettami,” and Edna Vazquez performs the enchanting “Destino,” a song written for a 1940s collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvador Dali.
