In addition to the large grind adjust knob, thick pedestal rest, and large bean hopper, the Faustino offers excellent ergonomics. In the interior, a sound-insulated case, a stepless 50mm flat burr set, an antistatic grounds chute, and a shaped pipe ensure that the portafilter is filled quickly and consistently. Several modes of continuous grinding or dosing are available through a high-contrast touchscreen mounted at an angle. In addition to matching chrome and contrast black finishes, the Faustino is also available in Appartamento finishes.
